Just realized I never uploaded any from Easter. We had a really quiet day. Did an egg hunt in the yard. The two little ones played basketball. We made a recipe that gave us two desserts - l cupcakes and lemon bundt cakes. The cupcakes were iced and the little bundts had sugar and lemon peel mixed together and sprinkled on top before they were baked. Quick and easy dinner of hamburgers and hotdogs - I didn't feel like cooking since we had no company.
