2 June - Favorite Shoes

Participating in a June photo a day challenge. Today's photo is your favorite shoes. Most days my tootsies are in sneakers. But when exchanging a pair of these for my daughter, I couldn't pass up that they were on sale and I got a $3 coupon because the store I went to exchange them in didn't have her size. So my 10 year old daughter and I have the same sandals.

Let's Play Catch Up

30 April - Boy & The Dog




1 May - This is after bootcamp with Captain Kennedy on Saturday morning - 8-10 am. He weight trains with the captain M, W, F from 3:30 - 5:30pm. Goes to wrestling on Tuesday and Thursday nights at Knolls. Bootcamp Saturday mornings and then on Wednesday and Sunday nights goes to SIR wrestling in Lafayette. Oh and he umpires once a week too.

I ♥ Faces [week 17] "Smiles"

This week,s theme in the I ♥ Faces photo contest is, "smiles" and there are only two requirements to enter a photo: it must contain a person's face and that face [or faces] must be smiling.

I've got some many photos of people smiling, but knew exactly which one I wanted to enter. As many of you know, my son is a wrestler. During Regions, I took the below photo of a friend of his from the Catholic school in our area. As many of you know, there aren't too many smiles from wrestlers. After I had posted the photo on my smugmug account, I saw the boy's Dad the following day. He commented that not too many people get his son to smile. I was later talking to Joe (the young man in the photo) and he said the only other person he ever smiles for is Santa Clause - lol! I am honored.

20 & 21 April - Two Days

20 April - Mango Lassi - it was yummy! A&P had mangos on sale 4 for $5. I've had one every day - mmmmm.



21 April - Softball - Her second game. Lost this one too. They are, however, showing improvement.
